Our Board of Directors

Our board of directors consists of men and women who love and care deeply for God and His Church. Together, they aim to equip the saints for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:12). If you have any questions for any of our board of directors, feel free to reach out and email them.

  • Mike McNeff

    Mike is the lead pastor at Magnolia Baptist Church in Anaheim.  He has been lead pastor at RockRidge Church since 1989. Currently I am also serving as moderator of the NAB Conference. Mike has a D.Min. Degree in Servant Leadership for Teams and Organizational effectiveness and loves discuss leadership and look for ways to help pastors and church leaders to develop understanding and skills to lead churches as true servants of Jesus. He has been married for 36 years to Leslee and has three daughters and one grandson with a granddaughter on the way. Oh. And Go Dodgers!

    Heather is the pastor of family ministries at Magnolia Baptist Church in Anaheim, CA. She has served youth and family ministries within the NAB SoCal Association Since 2000 within multiple congregations. She loves helping students root their identity in Christ and witnessing the transforming power of the Spirit. She and her husband have been married for 15 years. Together they homeschool their two lovely daughters. 

  • Ric Olsen

    Ric is the Equipping Elder / Pastor at the Beacon in Orange, CA. He also serves at the Chaplain for the Orange Fire Department and leads the city pastor’s movement called One Church in Orange. His prime directives come from John 13:35 “by this all the world will know you are my disciples, if you love one another” (Francis Shaffer calls this the “Final Apologetic”) and Ephesians 4:11-13 where Paul says the purpose of the Ekklesia is to “equip the saints” for unity and maturity in faith. Ric and Carolyn have been married for over 20 years and have young adult children... Keziah attends Westmont College and Nathan finishing high school and his Eagle Project at the same time.
