We are excited to announce that Saint Paul, Minnesota, will be the host city for the 2021 Triennial. Located on the rolling banks of the Mississippi River, Saint Paul is the capital of Minnesota. With some twenty-six miles of Mississippi riverfront, Saint Paul boasts a scenic environment with all the metropolitan amenities. Together with its sister city of Minneapolis, Saint Paul forms the Twin Cities.
The Triennial main sessions will be held at the Saint Paul River Centre, a stunning convention center with comfortable space and outstanding guest services. Honored twice as the region’s “Best Convention Center” by Minnesota Meetings + Events magazine, the meeting space will be perfect for allowing the NAB family to gather for worship, receptions, and breakout sessions.
The host hotel will be the Inter-Continental Saint Paul Riverfront, situated just a short walk from the convention center, as well as museums, live theater, restaurants, and the riverfront trail system. As a major hotel situated in the heart of downtown and atop the bluffs of the Mississippi River, the Inter-Continental will provide not only comfortable guest rooms but also beautifully appointed spaces for various Triennial receptions and meetings.
Among other reasons, Saint Paul was selected because of its convenient location for many of our US and Canadian churches. Within about a one-day drive, NAB churches can be found in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.
